Stop a renewal

Open Settings → Plan & billing and manage your subscription, or use the checkout provider’s portal. Cancellation normally keeps access until the paid period ends and does not delete your account.

If you cannot sign in or controls fail, email support@useworking.app from the account email with your order reference if available. Cancellation does not require a particular phrase or form.

Your first 14 days

For your first paid subscription, request cancellation within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, even if you have used Working. We do not require waiver of statutory cooling-off rights.

Send your account email, order reference and a clear cancellation request to support@useworking.app. We process an approved refund without undue delay and normally within 14 days of the request, using the original payment method. Banks/providers may take longer to display it. Refunded paid access ends when the refund is processed.

Other refunds and legal rights

Renewals/later cancellations do not normally receive a partial-period refund simply because you stop using Working. Duplicate or incorrect charges, faulty/misdescribed service and mandatory local rights are assessed separately. Contact us promptly; this policy does not replace those rights.

If we stop a paid service without a suitable replacement, we refund its unused paid period. Dodo Payments handles current checkout; legacy Stripe refunds use that provider. Providers may also offer their own support/dispute channels.
