working
NewThe Tutor now works through real past papers

AI built only to help you learn.

ChatGPT and Gemini do everything. Working is agentic AI made only for GCSE and A-level students.

General AI is built for everyone. So it writes the essay for you, forgets which exam you’re sitting, and hands over the answer before you’ve thought about it.

Stuck on one question? Ask.

The answer, and how to get there. Steps are labelled, maths is typeset properly, and the common mistake gets named before you make it.

  • Every step shownSet out the way a mark scheme expects.
  • British EnglishUK exam conventions, not American ones.
  • Your own materialAdd your notes or a paper as context.

Now give it a paper.

A question on the page. A tutor beside you. Watch the working unfold, one step at a time.

It works through the paper with you. In pen.

Ask the Tutor to answer question 1 and it talks you through it while it handwrites the working on the page, step by step, following the mark scheme. Then it hands the pen back.

Designed to make you think.

A little guidance. A clearer method. Then, over to you.

It asks before it tells.

A question to find your starting point, before the explanation begins.

It shows the working.

See how each line leads to the next, and where the marks come from.

It hands the pen back.

Try the next question yourself, with help close by when you need it.

It stays on the syllabus.

GCSE and A-level, British English, and practice grounded in your course.

Want to actually understand it?

  1. It starts where you are.

Ask to learn a topic and Learn checks the foundation first, with a quick question of its own.

  2. When you slip, it repairs the step.

A wrong answer isn’t a dead end. It shows exactly where the method broke, and why.

  3. Then it narrows in.

One idea at a time, each ending with a question for you, until the topic holds.

Practise on the real thing.

Find past papers and mark schemes from the UK exam boards, or have Working write original practice on any topic, clearly labelled as practice.

Working is not affiliated with or endorsed by AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR or WJEC Eduqas. Papers are fetched from public websites at your request.

Yes, to start. Starter includes 40 AI replies a month with no card. Focus, Scholar and Mastery add more room when you need it.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Gemini?

Those are general assistants built to do almost anything. Working is built only for learning: its agents check what you know, show every step, work through real UK past papers with you, and hand the question back so you do the thinking.

Will it just do my homework for me?

It’s designed not to. Learn teaches before it tests, and the Tutor works an example then hands the pen back. Following your school’s rules on AI is still your responsibility.

Which subjects does it cover?

Any GCSE or A-level subject you can ask about. Maths and science are typeset properly, and the Tutor can open past papers from AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR and WJEC Eduqas.

Can it be wrong?

Yes. Like any AI it can make mistakes, so check answers against your mark schemes and ask your teacher when something doesn’t add up.

What happens to my data?

Your chats, files and progress are stored in your account so you can come back to them. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected and who processes it.
